Shahido is passionate about teaching. She has been teaching Pilates for 9 years and is certified by Kathy Corey, a local Pilates guru, of West Coast Pilates. Shahido has distinguished background in the fitness industry where she has taught all levels of swimming including lifesaving and synchronized swimming and coached country club and intercollegiate teams in swimming and diving. She is also passionate about guiding others to healthier, happier lives. She has spent time living in India on a spiritual sabbatical. Those studies led her to become a breath therapist, massage therapist, hypnotherapist and enneagram therapist. She also leads retreats and meditation in Mexico. Shahido is an outstanding Pilates instructor whose healthy living and discipline shows.
