Private training is designed for clients interested in one-on-one attention; for clients who have specific goals, and individuals with unique physical challenges. |

These classes are conducted with two students using all of the equipment as well as the basic mat exercises to give clients a well rounded workout that incorporates variety and individual focus in a small group setting. |

These classes are conducted with up to four students using all of the equipment to provide clients with a well rounded workout that incorporates variety and delivers results in an energizing group setting. Private classes are required as a prerequisite for group classes (minimum of 5 classes). |

Mat classes consist of up to 4 students. We offer traditional mat training with modifications tailored to fit individual student needs. |

This class combines traditional Pilates Mat exercises with the benefits of stretching techniques. As a result, students will increase their flexibility while achieving improved muscle balance and precision of body movement. |

| A 24 hour cancellation notification is required. All clients will be charged for any sessions where notification is not provided. |
